Thickness starts at 1 1/4″ (at wide end). It tapers along it’s length to 1/4″ (Picture a big gradual wedge…)

There is a 5/8″ bow across the width of this piece at the thick end (as seen in the photos).

There is a bow in the length of this piece, too (sort of a convex shape, bowing towards the side with the live edge)

If you like this piece, it is killer! Not for everyone. A GREAT art-sculpture-wall-hung piece. Very cool drama in this ancient piece of Kauri. Very rare!
