beautiful stones are floating, where an inclusion had left a wonderful naturally-shaped area for an infill.

We have polished this top to bring it alive! A polished glossy-finish allows maximum clarity.
The iridescence is strong, all parts of the top are very flat and very
smooth. The natural edge is smooth and inviting to the touch. No sharp
edges or errant grain on any areas of this table top.

The base is simple and sturdy. Visually minimized to let the Ancient
Kauri tabletop be the showpiece it is meant to be.
